Take a Walk with Me

Nearly every morning, I walk on a trail near my house as a kind of moving meditation. Today, I recorded a simple instructional audio on the three-phase method I use. It’s very simple: Start walking at your normal pace. As you walk, soften your field of vision as you begin to pay attention to your surroundings.
